WATER DAMAGE DRYWALL REPAIR
Stained, swollen or sagging drywall, made right
Antonio has repaired water-damaged drywall and sheetrock for many years, including work for companies around San Antonio. Damaged areas are cut out, dried, replaced and blended in.

How the repair works
01
Fix the source first
A leaky roof, faucet or AC drain line needs to be fixed before the drywall is repaired.
02
Cut out and dry
Wet drywall is removed and the area dries completely, since mold can start to grow within a few days. In extreme cases a mold treatment may be needed.
03
Replace and blend in
New drywall goes in, then it’s finished and textured to blend in, ready to paint. Bigger jobs can take more than one visit.

Common questions
Does my drywall have to be replaced?
Not always. If the drywall is still solid the day after the leak, it may only need repainting. A large blister can be carefully drained. Antonio can look at it and tell you.
What should I do first?
Find and fix the cause of the leak, and act quickly. In San Antonio’s humidity, wet drywall can start growing mold within 2 to 3 days.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Most jobs get a free consultation and a written proposal.
